I am inviting my maternal uncle to visit us in Canada. He just got a Canadian visit Visa. As he is coming to Canada I intend to take him to NYC and DC as a tourist for a few days. It seems I-134 is specifically designed for American residents, can someone please guide me as what can be the substitute document from Canada. Will a notarized affidavit be enough? Or do I need anything else? Though, I will be sending all other supporting documents ( Pay stubs, Notice of Assessments, property documents, a statement from the bank and proof of investments, etc.) to him to present to the Immigration Officer in the US Embassy located in New Delhi, India.
Any guidance and help will be deeply appreciated.
Regards
