Could some one through light on this
How much it needs to buy a petrol pump or install a new petrol pump (Gas station). How much minimum dollers one should have in pocket and how much banks can finance. IS it a good business in Canada??.

well....do not think that easy if u just want to built a gastaion first u have to find the land if u do then u have to deal with the license permit which is the hardiest part as the city will not give it to u without a fight that is if they well....the pups and the tanks i would think from low 300k to 500k this is without the land

In canada the gas stations are not owned by individuals ( like USA ) , you just manage a Gas station for the company and own only the inventory . The average inventory is 40 - 50 K and you make 3 cents for every litre of gas sold and the average gas statsion maeks about 100K a year profit . You need to work in a gas staion to get that experience for 2 years and then you could apply for one .

The most important thing is location , location and location and there is a very high turnover of employees and security is an issues .
