Ah! Can you ever beat Europe? Alas! You have to be single and without any responsibilities to be living and fully enjoy those cities.
UK - The only thing that fascinates me about it is their Accent.
May be Victoria, BC as well. Beautiful place and more sun than the rest of the lower mainland (Vancouver). Their motto is - In day we rest, night we sleep
