I think most of the CDs (more than 80%) appear to be in the GTA and by default if nothing is mentioned , it is assumed as the GTA .
However if some one is from out of the GTA , he or she mentions this in the post .

Too many assumptions can lead to wrong directions . Location should be mentioned properly in requests . Too many threads lately without any info , even from the new users .

I personally will be reluctant even to assume that query is made from the same planet unless I know the user personally .
