Posting with an hope to get an Ideal suggestion from you folks!
I'm Planning to do a Course in Ontario [haven't gone through the courses or college yet], Below is my profile plz have a look:
-> Btech in Electronics & communication with 61%.
-> MS in Embedded Systems with 8.5CGPA.
->MSc in Computing from UK University with 60%.
->Work Experience in India 1year 6months as Network Support Engineer.
Well I headed back to India as the Work Permit was Not Available in UK after my Graduation. I'm currently working in here, planning to Move Canada as I need to get back the Money I had invested in UK by working in Canada [hope you ppl understand my situation].
I kindly request you people to suggest me Good Options on the Following:
1. what course should I have to Opt for [i already got 2 Masters degree].
2. I'm confused between Computer Network Engineering Course and Business Management.
3. I don't want to Invest huge amount on my studies again [Not More than 20,000 Cad] as I need to look for my Accommodation and other expenses also.
4. Suggest me the Colleges which can help me in getting a good Job.
5. How difficult is to get a Job with my Profile and Opportunities related to my Criteria.
Any good Suggestions are Welcome and is Much Appreciated, Please help me with this!

Please make sure you have language skills that are upto date.(Two years)
You have the Education and an years experience. If you can handle the meters and the wiring, you can make just under 50K.
Study in your spare time, if you are upto it. Go for Professional Engineering.
Please see what it involves to get in. If you need further help, continue under this thread with your queries.
Check if there are suitable jobs and openings there in Nova Scotia. The entry is not regulated and they are looking for Immigrants who will stay and work in that location for a minimum of TWO Years.

subsequent to posting this response, I find the number of applicants required have been received for this year and they will reopen once again in the next year.

NOVA SCOTIA NOMINEE PROGRAM
NOTICE: The Regional Labour Market Demand stream is now closed and will not be accepting any applications that are not received in the office and/or post-marked by end-of-day April 28, 2014.
The Nova Scotia Office of Immigration is processing applications to reach the 150 nominations. Applications are being dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the 150 nominees are identified, any applications that are not processed will be returned to applicants.
The stream will open again on January 1st, 2015. Anyone whose application was returned is encouraged to re-apply at that time.
