Anyhow, ingenious! How did you figure out san hugo and myself are same..man it was so difficult to travel Toronto to Sydney just to post the messages from different locations. So far I just had doubts on the intelligence but day by day it is becoming evident.

Well looks like the message is a reality. I have forgotten the word Promotion in Canada. One just has to keep looking for movement all the time and get frustrated when one can not run any more. This happened to me a lot so now I have decided to focus my energies and thoughts on some crucial issues. For example how to do barbecue every evening, how to listen to Classical Western as well as Indian, how to enjoy motorcycle riding a little more. I have found that more we think of career , promotions, more it makes us scared and depressed. Jobs are a plenty in Canada - it is the money and the position which causes the concern. Sometimes I think the remuneration we earn are based on Neil- Rutherford atomic model. There are certain orbits like 35K, then 50K and then 70 K. Now to change orbits, one needs some extra energy which can come by way of knowing some body or doing some exotic course ( if such things exist) and best after taxes, the take home is more or less the same.

Hence focus on crucial issues and be happy. This is a Socialistic world and there is no point comparing this to USA or India. My 2 cents!
