They have been running a Nurses' Training School in Punjab for a long time and they have made inroads into the Canadian Markets and with proper Language training they are able to get their students into QUEBEC for the past Five years (Could be longer) and based upon their success, they are hoping to get the other trainees from India into Quebec. And Quebec is desperate in getting in New Immigrants into their Province and the scheme from Punjab might meet their needs. (Please see my previous post here.)
They have a system of their own and also needs to go with it. How these Institutions in India are able to access such openings are left to a few peoples imagination and how they develop their curriculum and also coach their students. One such success story is this Institution.
I have their past articles stored some where, on their Nurses School. But it is not easily accessible to me as I have not titled it.
Please search and find them.

Canada and even Middle east seems not that great today as I write this. Canada due to its stagnant economy and the uncertain political situation and where it is headed, and Middle East due to the game of musical chairs played by the Islamic Militants in the North African continent and now the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. (ISIS). But do keep your options open, if things do improve jump in on that bandwagon. But you have to have Language skills and also an Occupation with two years experience and at O,A,B levels of the NOC category that open up from time to time. they are not the same every time.
Do your spade work like you are doing now and move on smartly. You will make it any where. Keep your eye balls peeled open.
