You can't prove , who killed her or who gave her the poison.
Docs found IV marks on her body. Looks like someone gave her injection and the syringe is missing from the crime scene. What was found in her body was different from the empty medicine wraps that was found next to her. Not to forget the marks on her body indicating physical violence. I guess someone was paid to kill her rather than the main culprit. Money talks a lot in India. You can get someone killed and also buy silence.
Swamy in his recent interview says that there were heavy impressions on both her cheeks suggesting that someone after injecting her with poison held her cheeks to forcibly send down pills down her throat to divert and make it look like suicide. But the AIIMS report has concluded it was not due to excess dosage of sleeping pills.
On that particular day there was an important conclave of Congress MPs going on in the city to enthuse the Congress workers. ST could not be by his wife's side at the hotel room. Mani Shankar Iyer even made the famous "Chaiwala" comment to inspire the workers. The Congress was beleaguered because of 2G, Coalgate etc and was all set to lose the elections. ST must have been under tremendous stress because of his wife's revolt threatening to affect both his personal as well as political life.
Better the government steps in to provide extra security to ST. Whatever Sunanda knew ST also may know and his life too have some threat.
