During the past 2 decades, the girl children are doing fantastic whether it is in education or sports. However, compared to the tall and heavy build, the average 5'6" height and 60 kgs weight of Indians may be advantageous as far as health and long life is concerned. Japanese and Chinese too are generally short and lean but are healthy and hard working.It also gives more flexibility to do manual jobs, like that of our road side mechanics. Medical doctors too are dead against over weight. For them good health of inner organs like heart, liver and kidneys are more important
