When I goggled yesterday for CAD to INR, I saw this ad of Zenbank but I was wondering, why are they giving INR 5 extra for a dollar? I don't trust people who give more without reason nor have I heard of Zenbanx.

Their regular rate is Rs 49.41. The Rs 55 rate is a promotion that is only valid on September 30. One of their earlier promotions was CAD 1 to USD 1. This is their way of getting new customers (similar to how RBC used to give an IPAD for new customers).
Zenbanx is founded by the same guys who founded ING Direct. From my banking with them so far, I do find them legit.

This may not be scam,

Before opening account with tangerine I thought it could be a scam, later one of my friend referred me and it wasn't bad, I got close to 200$ from them as joining bonus.
