Sorry bud, but it's really hard to find someone for free that follows YOUR passion and priorities in his/her own time. Passion alone doesn't pay bills.
What you're looking for is a volunteer and/or an 'unpaid' intern. This is pretty straight. It doesn't gel well, despite of however noble your intentions may be.
Are the returns definite down the line? I mean, are you sure if the Project would succeed and in the end will make you enough money to compensate for the time that the Professional would pitch in. What if someone puts 100% and at the end it fails. Yes, Projects/Businesses/Ventures do fail. Don't want to sound pessimist, but for someone to work for free, there are too many 'ifs' and 'buts'.
Good luck, though. I am sure you will find someone.
By the way, been there done that. I developed some websites for one of my very close uncles who lives in States. He had quite a few thriving businesses few years ago. Not anymore, due to the 2008 recession. I spent quite a bit of my time for FREE. At the end, leave alone any compensation, I didn't even receive the appreciation for my work. The buck stopped there itself. Either money for my time/work, or b...bye!
