Did they not stop parent sponsoring and replaced it with super-visa? I may be wrong...

Both are two different things. Please check them out at

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa.asp

and

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/parents.asp

In short, Super visa is a temporary visit visa and parent sponsorship is for permanent residency.

Agree, if you are literate do it yourself if not then pay someone to fill in the forms. The process quite clearly defined on CIC website.
