Jowar, Bajra, Soya - flours are good sources of protein. You also get most daal Alta's in Indian stores. Use any 2-3 of these to mix and make atta and have this for roti. Make snacks from this atta mix - baked bhajiyas, chillas, dhokla, vadi etc.
