I and my family are citizens of India and Permanent Residents of Canada living in Toronto for the past 3.50 years.

We wish to apply for the 10 year US multiple entry visa.

Please advise the procedures, documentation and processing time.

Can we visit any state in US. How many days are we permitted to stay in US each time.

Its a fairly easy process where you apply or register online and fill out the questionnaire along with uploaded pictures and since its ur first time, you will get notification to choose your interview time with the officer at the Consulate.
Make sure you include all the necessary documents like Job letters and paystubs for you and your spouse. Bank statements showing enough bank balance for the trip. Any other assets which might prove you have a strong financial standing. If you have any friend or relative who resides there you can also get a invitation letter from them asking you to visit them.

I am not sure if you will be granted 10yrs for the first time but again it depends on the officer. Yes with the Visa you can visit any state you like. I did it for my mom recently a year back and she is a PR as well though am a citizen.
