Good day!

I am sorry for the late response but hope you find it useful.

Among the many options of taking in Canadian education, after I had immigrated year before last, I had thought of MBA. Hence took GMAT/Toefl.

There are many universities around the place here who will give you a MBA degree. Some of them will want your money, and you may not get the type of returns you would expect from that degree....there is unemployment amongst MBA grads too!!

Yet, if you have it in you and can get a good GMAT score of say 650+ then some good universities ( Uof T, Richard Ivey, Queens, HEC, John Molson, Simon Fraser ...) will not only give you admission but will also give you some kind of entrance scholarship. I know of some of my classmates here ( in HEC) who did nothing after immigrating from China/ Indonesia for the past year but studied for the same and ended up with GMAT score of nearly 690+.

So it depends on what you want and what you expect. But let me also remind you that donot think of it as easy...among the better schools, there is such a great deal of emphasis on academic performance and that those who lag behind can also be forced to drop out of the program.

Thus, you will have to make your call and find out for yourself.
