Hi There,
I have applied my case in June 2001. During that period I got married.
Resubmitted New Forms along with my wife’s Processing fee last Month, but forgot to send forms filled by my Wife (IMM-0008 Schedule 1, IMM5406E Additional Family Info).

Now I received following Forms from embassy addressed to my wife, to fill and send back to embassy.
1) IMM-0008 (06-2002)E Generic
2) IMM-0008 (06-2002)E Schedule 1
3) IMM-0008 (06-2002)E Schedule 3
4) IMM-5406 (06-2002)E
5) IMM-5476

But there are only two forms that need to be filled by spouse, as I am the principle applicant (According to instructions on CIC Web site).
What should I do with rest of the forms?
Should I fill 3 forms myself and remaining 2 would be filled by my Wife or I sent only 2 Forms that is related to her( as I have already sent mine) ?

P.S. There is my File No. Sticker Attached on the Main Form (IMM-0008E Generic) sent by embassy.
