For Pop Up Blocking.. try Google Toolbar or MSN Toolbar.

You can also install Mozilla Firefox browser which comes with Pop Blocking Inbuilt.
Even with all the Pop blocking software, you can't block all types of POP-UPS.. but they are good for about 90% of them.
If you have Windows XP.. Upgrade to Service Pack 2 and IE will get the pop blocking functionality.

Follow dwfrp & diogen views . If you are using only Internet the thing should work fine . However if the the two dont work then :
Check ur VDU card on board .Does it have its own memory or it sucks 68 mb from your 128 mb ..... In that case u better upgrade to a 256 DD Ram . Leave the 128 mb SD and replace with the 256 mb DDR .
Else replace the VDU card with in built memory so it releases the memory for other processes.

I am affected with the above bug, adware and spyware.
Any suggestions as to how to get rid of it. My computer just bought new one with PENTIUM 4 2.8 MHZ and all new configurations is running extremely slow for the last few weeks.
