Dear Chandresh,
I guess your withdrawing from the thread is not what all CD members would appreciate. I have seen your posts on many topics and they are healthy discussions.
May be instead of exiting the thread, can we have the privelege of your experiences on "Soft Skills".
I beleive it is a very good topic to be abandoned suddenly.

I had withdrawn from the strayed subject - that is what I had tried to tell, and sorry if I misconveyed.
As for the subject itself, I had nothing more to contribute since the other points were all valid and there were no ifs and buts about it.
