Any idea about filtration system demand in Canada, this is indutrial filtration system, like indutrial oil and water. It can filtered sewage water to drinking water, and indusrially used oil after filtration can be reused again (upto 5 ppm of contamination only). This product is patented in USA and successfully used in US navy. Good reference list of application is available. It can be custom make design. Do you see any scope in Canada in energy sector, automobile indutry, residential application etc. even in navy, where they store drinking water, it can convert sea water to drinking water following acceptable standards.

Actually some of my American friends are quite successful to launch these products, they are real scholars and researcher. Since I am moving to Canada very shortly, they are asking if I am interested to take the initiative in Canadian market. Even prototype product is possible along with hydro dynamic study, PLC controlled skid etc.

One more thing, if product is patented in USA, does it need to be patented again in Canada, or it is valid all over North America. Any info. in this matter is highly appreciated.

Man if the product is so good, please take it to Chennai, India. People there need a lot of water and I am sure it will be a great sucess there. Automotive Indutry is big in Canada u might have to break in to the market as most US products are readily available in Canada. When r u coming here?? Confirm what kind of Patent your friends have registered?? Then you can decide if you have to file for patent or not.

I would be looking forward to meeting you in Toronto by Feb. - March next year (2005). We were thinking about exploring it in India and China. Later on we backed out because of deficiency in paten right laws in respective countries.
