I am still not sure how I am supposed to count my work experience. I know some French and I am hoping that they will give me at least 2 points, which is not included in above calculation.
Thanks for your time and help.
pratickm,
Thanks for your suggestions. I will think carefully before I make the decision.
So far, my wife and I have decided not to move to Canada in student visa. Instead, I am trying to find a full-time job in the US. We are planning on applying Can PR from the US and wait. We will move to Canada once we get our PR. If we do not get it, we do not have any choices other than staying in the US.
One thing I am trying to figure out is how to calculate my work experience. Could you please tell me something if you know how the work experience works?
I have 4 years of part-time work experience and 1 year full-time (same job as part-time, just 40 hours per week, no other benefits, after undergraduate degree)
What about my degree? I am going to have a Master of Public Policy degree in six months, but applying for a computer related profession. Will I be able to get 25 points out of my degree if the degree is not related to my intended profession?
Could anybody please help me with my questions about work experience and degree?
Thanks.
