I am looking to buy a used PC for a new immigrant so he can do his job search.
I have found one and want to know more before i can negotiate.
This is an Intel Celeron Processor, 400 Mhz, 17" Dell CRT monitor, CD-burner,
30 gb HD, 192MB RAM.
What is it equal to = a pentium II or III?
It has not OS installed. Comes with an internal modem.
How much should i quote?

Thanks for all the responses. I just found one that is being sold by a UT student for $150.
