I am ex-Aramcon if you are employed directly with Aramco you will get pretty decent package and living conditions will be good. But since you will be on a offshore / onshore platform working 28 days on/off your interaction with private citizens will be very limited. Even otherwise its a safe place to work, dont worry about your private beliefs as long as you keep it where it belongs and respect the local laws like in any other country or culture you should be okay.
