Karan, have you applied for immi. to canada as yet??
you have to do that first.
In your field you cannot get a canadian job sitting in India and come here with work permit. That is impossible.
In Acctg. field if you have hands-on experience of SAP/R3, Oracle, etc... and have good command over English, you shouldn't have problems finding contract positions through some Acctg. agencies here.
You also have to keep in mind that there are tons of Desi CAs and MBAs(fin) doing factory jobs and odd jobs in Toronto.

I agree with Guju Canadien-I am myself a CA and MBA and a local accountant(CGA)-i find it not so easy ,in fact almost difficult to get jobs.I worked for quite a while as a labourer before getting a job-that too only entry level. While not disheartening Karan,I would suggest he is probably better off in Delhi than here-the trend is for most MNC to shift finance function jobs to India-so what is the point of coming here and finding that the job which you want has gone to India?
I would urge Karan to be cautious and be clear about expectations before seeking to immigrate to Canada or US or any other country for that matter.
