We will find a way or we will make one
Hi Fiza7
Please make sure that the authorities r checking only on the stamp in the passport. With the new PR card system they can record all the information while swiping the card. If the citizenship is issuing only on the basis of passport stamping then you r okay i guess. There r lot of landed imigrants who are H1B holders from USA go back to USA to continue their job after the landing procedure. In that case there wont be any stamping in their passport if they enter Canada and go back by driving. They just swipe the card and let you inside Canada at the boder. Just ask you how long you stay. If u say permanently then u have to surrender the I-94.
I would suggest going ahead with the application till the end. The judge is not going to decide with calculator in his hand whether your 1095 days are there or not. He is going to make sure that your ties with canada are sincere and you really want to become a canadian citizen.

I could'nt agree with you more, STHRU18. I've realised that some people on this forum just wait to say nasty things or bring the person who is in trouble down. Most of the times they just rub salt on your wounds..Most topics end with rude, cruel remarks.
IMO, if you dont have something nice to say, dont say anything at all.
Completely agree ! ..
I will call someone liar if I had not lied myself ever in life ..
We know that at some point we all lied for our own personal benefit ..
Ppl who post here look for a suggestion not for lesson on ethics ..
But hey why to miss an opp to throw a rock on someone ..!!
