My friend is in process to file application for permanent residence visa under skilled category for canada.

As per the guidelines of CIC, his daughter age is 19 years hence his daughter have to fill up the Schedule-1 and Addtional family information form.

My friend have confusion for filling up the Additional family information 5406 form for his daughter, In section A of 5406 for his daughter what to mention in Applicant Name : either himself or have to write his own daughter name.
As in section A father & mother details are to be given, so now what to mention in Applicant coloumn.
