I am Australian and I applied for PR under common-law class (in Canada) and my fiance is my sponsor. What does it mean when they say they are processing applications on a specific date? Because here is what my e-client shows....

*We started processing your application on March 08, 2005.

*We sent you a letter on April 15, 2005. If you have not yet provided the information, please do so as soon as possible.

The information they requested was sent the same day I recieved their letter.

Now looks to me they had already looked at my stuff if they started processing March 8 2005. But on the CIC website it says they are processing application up to December 6 2004. Can someone please help me. I am a nervous wreck waiting on news.

you have to give it at least six months. Don't lose sleep at the moment.
