I have a PR card and my wife who is a canadian citizen has been offered a job out of Canada , would like to know if i joined her, would i loose my days for citizenship

this question has been answered many times. Yes, you will loose your days for citizenship, only thing is that these days you can count for maintaining your PR status as you are acomonying your spouse who is a canadian Citizen.

unless your wife is a canadian citizen, and is working with the public service of canada or a province or for the canadian armed forces... in that case you have an exception to the residency requirement...
