Thanks for the reply DB,

I'm just wondering why they didn't give you the Residency Questionnaire sooner. Didn't they already know the number of days you where away before giving you the exam?

Hi Mani,
I have 60 days to send all docs, but I was informed that the sooner I send them the better as it may delay my processing by as much as 4 years!! All you need to take to the test are your passport(s), 2 pieces of ID i.e. driver's license, health card, your PR card, and the 'record of landing' form.

Hi Arjan,
I applied for my citizenship 2 and a half months ago so it was processed quite fast; I noticed that 5-6 people were also given the RQ at the test so perhaps its part of their procedure??

Yes, it is multiple-choice and you have to mark your answers with a pencil.
It is one of those computer scannable sheets so you have to make sure you completely fill the circle and don't go outside it.
I don't recall whether it is single sheet or two - it may have been one double-sided page.
Time is usually sufficient.
Pace yourself so that you can make another pass at the end.
