It's alright Surti. No bad feelings at all - just my thoughts .
Also, no need to be sorry as well. You shouldn't feel sorry to be doing your job.
In my opinion, if there are no contrasting views, there are no healthy discussions/debates.
In the recent case, the Arunachal Pradesh youth was taken into custody by the Delhi Police for damaging window glass in a restaurant.
After the youth had promised to pay Rs.10,000 compensation, shouldn't he be sent home. The police took him and again dropped at the restaurant for the latter to gang up and beat him. The boy later died of internal injuries.
These problems call for simple solution of dropping the accused policeman in the capital city of Arunachal or in the midst of the 100s of youth demonstrating in Delhi.

As we see that the Delhi police are dragging their feet on Sunanda Pushkar case. Since they are under the union home ministry, their hands are tied. Any ordinary guy would have been arrested (as per the law) and put in jail. Even former CM Dixit had asked for the Delhi police to be under the Delhi govt. In the end it is the their job security, lack of training and common sense add to the problem.
