Trump is facing and will face lot of resistance from judiciary and very powerful Liberal states. Note that in USA economy runs by just a few states - California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois etc... and all of them are Liberals. Trump won from the rural states...

So any drastic change by him will get challenged and it will not be that easy for him to make changes.

A counter initiative, that other countries have not started but if they do, can have lot of adverse impact on the USA.

Just imagine - if India and China prevents any of its students from getting admissions into US universities, what would happen to US economy?
