Hi Guys,
I was driving toward Montreal and got speeding ticket near Cornwall.
Officer gave me ticket for 131 km/h. I am sure I was driving around 115 to 120 km/h max. There was the car before me and had enough distance between us. Officer was in middle of highways. When front car passed him, officer took the turn and came in right lane of the highway. I noticed it as officer's car was ahead of me. I thought he is going behind the front car. I slow down car (as it was going on 115 km/h) and change the lane to right most behind the officer's car. Officer had slow down his car. So, I changed the lane again and overtake him on 100 km/h speed. He just signed me to pull over the car and then turns lights on. I pull over the car and he gave me ticket for 131 km/h.
When he asked me then I told him that I was around 115 km/h.
I believe he was confuse between my car and car in front of me. I slow down the car and he caught me.
I had only one speeding ticket before 7 years.
What is the best way to fight this ticket? is it worth?
I have insurance with TD Meloche Monnex with one accident forgiveness. This is not an accident. Do you think insurance will increase?
I do not want to fight myself. Any services who fight on behalf of me with reasonable charge? OR They charge only if they win the case?
I appreciate your quick response.
Thanks.

Couple more questions:
If I decide to go for trial, court will be in Cornwall as per ticket.
But I believe I can still go to local court and sign the ticket with option 3 (trial) to notify them. I don't need to go to Cornwall to inform that I am going for trial. Am I right?
Should I ask for translator? Do they charge me for translator service?
I am thinking to notify them I am going for trial and then look for good paralegal service.
Thanks.
