Hello everyone,
I have a complicated case, please help. Got ITA last week.
My concern is my Work experience & proof of funds. My NOC for EE was 1215 - Supervisor Supply Chain, tracking & Scheduling of which I have 5years experience in. but I lost my job January 2017 & became self employed since then, it is my company and it is registered.
My question is this, do I need to submit references for my self employed job? Most of the jobs I did during this self employed period were not documented, (they were german-german) so I may not be able to get bank references, invoices & transaction receipts etc to upload online on my profile. If I leave it out and base my ITA document work references on my NOC selection for ITA alone, is there any implication in doing that? Meanwhile, my EE profile reads my 1year self employed job and the 5years NOC 1215.
Furthermore, I just got a new job to resume 1st week in January 2018, do I need to update this new role in my ITA profile before I submit? The issue is that I only have the employment letter and cannot go to ask the HR of this new establishment for additional reference to Canadian immigration, I am just resuming there and do not want to raise any red flag or risk losing this new managerial job.
For Proof of funds, is there any harm in getting 100% gift as proof of funds from my father? I know gifts are allowed by my concern is the 100% of the funds because due to the job loss, my 6months statement can not make sense.
Please respond please, please, please. I plan to submit my ITA profile by January ending
Let me start where I should start... WHEN You filled in your profile with what your qualifications are etc., and then followed by your own EXPERIENCE in your job and/or POSTING with your employer, and Now, if I were an V.O. and I were to select you for the ITA, I will be looking at WHAT YOU WROTE in your initial application and probably with a letter of support from the employers to substantiate your claim. CORRECT?
So, I will not state here, who the F**k knows what you wrote. So, I also know what you wrote and you have proof of it. CORRECT? If so, now VERIFY the same word for word with the claims you made alongside of the NOC 1215.. What you should check for are SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, RULES and the LAWs. in NOC 1215, it might say "SUPERVISOR" and it is for you to look now in your EMPLOYER'S Letter for such a WORD. If it is there, then, HEY YOU ARE ALL SET.
Please DON'T leave an year of services BLANK. It is very important that it stays continuous. So, Get an AUDITOR who plays around with Account Books to substantiate that you DID ..CONDUCT a Self Employed Business in the SAME LINE OF WORK and completed a successful performance for such and such client or clients and get a letter or two from them praising your services. WHO CARES, there might be a stack of them. Don't you want to get into CANADA? If you do, then, prepare WELL. It might cost you a good buck and a little bit of wear on your shoes, unless you can do all of this over the phone, you will find it is well worth it. I am now covering your ASSP, and I want to see you here and do a darn good job for a good employer and make a GO of it.
Your losing the job in 2017 start of the year has NOTHING TO DO with it. Now produce the documents to prove your SELF EMPLOYED work that you claim here that you did!. If it is GERMAN - GERMAn, then, so be it. DUTCH-DUTCH will do too.
ONE such letter from an AUDITOR, who takes care of the books with all of the other backing Materials to support is all that you need. you SUBMIT HIS LETTER. if in his letter it says documents attached in it with CC's at the bottom, YOU HANG ON TO ALL OF THE ATTACHMENTS AND THE COPIES. You only submit ONE letter. If they want to see all of the attachments, then, they will call you for an interview. YOU CARRY ALL OF THE ATTACHMENTS to the interview Session with a certified or a Notarized copy with you for submission at that time. If NO INTERVIEW, then, you fly free. Capiche?
You must also provide the Immigration People with a Copy of your NEW employment letter also. It might provide them a link and a lead to them and if it is in your favour, then you score better. They normally do not contact the current employer. Hope you are not locked in with them. If you do, when ever the time comes, part from them VERY AMICABLY, by providing them with ample notice and after complete satisfaction. That is a must.
They normally look for a minimum duration of funds in the account with the banks. It is THREE MONTHS. So, as long as there are funds there for the duration, you are all set. So, start loading it and build it up. If it is one shot, then, so be it. All of this is sure to take some time to complete and so let the funds do the work for you. Also load your salary there and leave it. Let it accumulate too. Do not draw out of it. Use the free floating funds for your day to day use.
You tell your AUDITOR who will be helping you with the Accounts, a full summation and he can help you COOK the BOOKS in a nice fashion, and make you smell like ROSES or is it KEVDA?
You came to the right website. You got the BEST HELP.
hope to see you here SOON, sooner than you thought you would.
Cheers.
FH.
