I am PR here and i applied to sponsor my wife and children. We were instructed to take the Medical Examination in India and my wife and 3 children completed it on 9 th April 2019. Where we should send the IMM 1017 E (MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY). The hospital authority had already send the medical reports to CIC.

SUCCESS IS NOT A DESTINATION, BUT A JOURNEY...............
The Location where the TESTS and Examinations are conducted has to directly submit the same to the IRCC and it enables a payment to them for the services rendered.
The copy you have on you is a personal one and you just retain the same. Based on the report received, they do the evaluation and admittance for your family.
If you want to send a copy to find some peace, you can contact the CIC offices and get an answer from them. Then do what they tell you.
Also, you will hear from the High Commission about the PP Request soon. So, Look out for the same.
