...The best one for decor and ambience that I've been to is "Nirvana" in Mississauga. Its at an obscure spot, close to the HWY 10 / 401 intersection. But the atmosphere is great and the food is awesome too. It is a bit more expensive than other desi restuarants, although not substiantially. Here's a review. They also have a website with the menu, however I can't find it right now. http://www.toronto.com/feature/12985/

Mississauga 2100 - 2400 sqft detached house - property tax is roughly around $4000 - $5000 but the same house in Brampton property tax is around $7500- $8500. is it true or I am in wrong impressions? Brampton is not yet full and is still in growing stage...Mississauga is full packed no more land left for new projects so only option for Mississauga is to purchase re-sale houses.

I don't get this part. Sarvana Bhavan was great when it started. I remember visiting it about 10 days after it opened and the food was fantastic. I remember writing a review about this. I went recently and was disappointed. The sambar sucked big time, it was like any other "dal" we make at home. And my Onion Rava masala dosa was soft instead of crispy....
