   Two ways: ...ext ways is to apply from Canada. I did like that and I got 2 jobs. One in India and one in Saudi. Both the times My cdn . passport came in the way. Libya refused to issue me a Visa since I was a canadian. Second time, I got a job in Saudi but it took 6 months to process the visa and it was still going on and so I took up a superior Indian offer. Since I had an Indian degree, I had to get my Indian degree evaluated in India (2 months). So in a way, (unless you are in IT), a Candian passport can be a hinderence. So much for the Cdn. passport. I got exemptions for Levels 1 to 3 and a challenge exam privelege for FA4 and MA2 (meaning just have to write the exams, no assignments). That means I had to write 8 exams for the CGA designation. To get a Canadian CA designation, an Indian CA do a course in law, do the School of Accountancy program, work 36 months in a CA firm and pass the UFE exam.
