Apply for Canadian citizenship in married name (provide Indian marriage certificate copy along with other docs), then apply for OCI/PIO in married name and rest of other docs (drivers license, Health Card, SIN). The advantage is that you skip changing the name on the Indian passport and PR card, so less headache.

   DO YOU HAVE A PHOTO COPY? .....: ... If you have a photocopy, you can obtain the same quickly. It might cost you a hundred bucks too. Contact CIC center in Mississauga and see how quickly you can obtain the duplicate copy from them.
