But in a totally different matter, we have been able to convince the requestor about the lack of integrity or credibility of Indian police certificates and have been able to get a waiver. I say this because, I have obtained police certificate a long time ago with my dad paying the necessary bribes....

Can i go back to India once i get my OCI card to sell my property (previously held property) ? Can i sell my property even though i am not a Indian Citizen? Any issues i will have ?    ...IN my view, if you are looking for only saving money in the short term, Kitchener might be the right choice as many have suggested. However, if you thinking of 'making' money, a place like Markham will give you more opportunities in terms of Career/networking etc. Yes Kitchener has a lot of Indians too - but nowhere compared to Markham. In Markham, you will not have to look for Indians - you will bump into them. Some of the libraries have tons and tons of Indian movies and literature too - which is all available free. Grocery shopping is more convenient and cheaper for Indian groceries (I live in Concord and can easily feel the difference for many products - and Concord is only 1...
