You will feel the difference. Getting Canadian University degree is not as easy as getting Indian University degree. The real difference in the education system starts from University level.

   lots of mosquitoes: ...led water its been a year almost and we still cant adjust to the water here and we boil it ,mosquitoes have increased three folds atleast in city like mumbai so u can very well imagine elsewhere,my kids have adjusted quite well dont worry abt that but take care of hygiene and the heat see to it that u dont give them outside food for a week atleast and no mithais and get them rotavirus if the doc gives typhoid is another injection i would recommend speak to ur paed abt this lots of liquids when u r out with kids carry a stroller with u its allowed in the airlines and will be useful if ur not used to carrying the kids around hope this helps...

Companies offered salary based on some % of your Canadian/American salary. By conducting such events, companies are directly picking candidates from here. Good for both - good for candidates (wanting to return back to home country) as they get an Indian offer without practical hunting and can even negotiate based on their north american salary. Good for companies as they get north american polished skill. Bottom line - good candidates are always in high demand ;)
