Market kind of has slowed down right now. I learned from security person that current owners are upset of increase in maintenance fees and sales is kind a slow now. Good thing is I am getting more sq.ft so I am interested....

Citizenship: Indian passport, cnd citizen, travelling to US on B1/B2 visa and confused !

   ..., but the alternate to this is , drive to near place across the border & then take domestic flight in US, in domestic flight u dont need the passport, only confusing part for international flying may be, you can get into US on indian passport with valid us visa, as they dont ask about canadian status ( pr etc ) but how you can get back ?? may be while coming back at the airport , only citizen card it not enough - best drive and go n come back , and get the canadian passport ASAP ...

   ...ve been to London, Paris, Frankfurt but I would rate Istanbul higher than these cities in terms of infrastructure and tourist facilities. Besides IStanbul is cheaper than these cities in terms of stay and food. You can travel from the airport to Sultanahmet area, where all the major attractions are for about $3 Canadian in the tram and metro. All monuments are well maintained and the facilities such as restrooms are better than other European destinations. The people are very friendly, honest and welcoming. Not too hot or too cold .. where I can leave the windows of my home open. I guess California is a good place .. any others? In case of unmarried/single applicants, parents Record of Landing and landing passport are required. In case of married applicants, spouse’s Record of landing & landing passport are required.
