I have lived in Saudi Arabia for 4 years and have seen instances where a house maid from India was forced to have sex with a Grand Father, son and Grandson.. She managed to flee to the Indian Consulate complaining and asking for help.. Guess what happened .. She was handed over back to the Saudi Employer for just 300 Riyals.. I didn't know what happened to her after that .. The Indian Embassy which is supposed to protect its citizens acts like a P**p.. The best when it comes to all these issues is the Philippine Embassy.. Market kind of has slowed down right now. I learned from security person that current owners are upset of increase in maintenance fees and sales is kind a slow now. Talk about being united as a nation. Even today in Mumbai people refer to outsiders as “Madrasi, Bhaiyya or Gujju’s” and to people of certain faith as “paowalla’s or bread eaters”. Not too hot or too cold .. where I can leave the windows of my home open. I guess California is a good place .. any others? Note: I am looking for a place with a sizable Indian community i.e. Indian restaurants, Indian movie halls, Temples etc. - TN Visa seems the best way to move to states, but under TN visa can my wife work in USA too? - Schooling for children in Canada is free. What happens if I move to the states ... is schooling free? - Cost of living I know depends on the region, and I guess California is very expensive...

Started by: meitsme on 08 Jul 2008
...How they can keep track of how long we have been stayed in Canada and outside of canada? Are they rely on stamp of other county on passport? If yes, USA is not stamping anything in canadian passport? How do they rely on other country? When we are going to India on OCI, is indian immigration officer stamping anything on our canadian passport? [Don't know but may be stamping on indian passport kind of book which they are giving with OCI and not in canadian passport] Anyone has travelled to India on OCI and come back to Canada? Thanks in Advance

General: How are engineers doing?

[/quote] Your comeback to that question could have been that I cannot sit idle (need to put food on the table at the end of the day) at home and I like to keep myself busy. THere could have been many possible answers.......but I am trying to think of it and I cannot seem to come up with many. Easier said then done Besides they also know themselves how difficult it is to find a job given its a foreign guy with foreign credentials. I think its just sugar coating it that we dont want to hire you coz we can do better ...

They simply frown upon fresh food being imported into Canada. Not only might your customs clearance be delayed, but your name may be electronically flagged in their system and pulled up each time you pass through the customs/immigration channel in future. Incase you plan to go ahead and bring them in anyways just let us know how it went. I would like to bring in some mangos from AP. Some of the best...
