   ...ating amount - you should have 2 columns - for food calculate per person cost and multiply by no of people so that the total appears in the second column - and for all other items you can have a total cost in the second column That way - when you divide the total amount for the second column by the no of people - you will have the cost per person. Plus - you only have to change the variable (no of people) each time - to account for any last minute changes in attendees. As regards special request for food - perhaps you need not contribute to the food cost and get food for yourself/family. It might be simpler than adding another item for so many people - which will also increase cost. ...

In Scarborough Patel brothers, India town, Mirch Masala. You have to get hurry I heard that almost tickets are sold out eventhough organizers had selected the biggest place. He is the best singer (for Garba) and people are really crazy to listen him....
