It looks like Govt's in the west are choosing high inflation, & it can easily shoot interest rates to much higher level than one can imagine. This will drastically increase mortgage payments, & all other payments (including gas/heat/hydro/food/etc. etc) causing defaults, as a lot of homeowners are on variable rate mortgage. And salaries will not keep pace with the increase in cost of living. Foreclosure (or not) is a technical issue. What really happens is, it reduces the individuals spending capacity, & thereby causes reduced GDP, or negative GDP, which causes loss of jobs, & even less sp...

... It doesn't have to all climb back on. I think the word "diet" should be banned. The way to loosing the lbs and more importantly keeping it off is what Jake referred to before as making a lifestyle change. First of all, there are many small changes you can make with your everyday food and you don't have to compromise on taste or quality. It's about changing one habit for another. If you find that you are snacking on junk in between meals, you don't have to stop snacking, just make sure it's a healthy snack. I used to eat a chocolate muffin and a can of coke around 10.30am, as that's when I got a little peckish before lunch, but now I have a banana or an apple and a cup of low fat ...

However one of the jars did'nt have a cap and when asked the reason, it was said that it was from India and hence the crabs won't be able to come out as any of them climbs the top, others are there to drag it down and try to smash under their feet. So the thread on picture of the day will continue as after all it was an Indian who started the move. Cheers, AAA.

For Quebec, you may apply without police certificates showing a proof that you have applied. However, it will not help much to save the time but can delay the things. The advice is, at least get one certificate ( India or USA) and apply saying that the other one is in process.
