   ...i cards, landing paper etc. before mailing documents- i called BLS twice & re-confirmed regarding documents they need-sent everything exactly they asked. now when I called them again each time new person/ new answer-noone seems know what is going on-each time new answer. anyone has similar experience with BLS-surrey or from any other town? . whenever i call-it take sometime 45 minutes before someone reply-but when I ask about my file they either hang the phone or transfer to someone who never pick the phone. looks like Re-issue of OCI card is more trouble than we got OCI card 1st time(few years back) I am feeling harassed & like to report about BLS-mismanagement- how i can trus...

Daily while travelling in GO transit, I see quite a few canadian born desis who are studing at this place and from their talks, they dream of becoming one of those TV announcers listed above. Prachi has to understand that working for Radio/TV is no doubt a new field for east indian people here but once she comes here she will find that the local desis have already explored this field in GTA.

   Excelent hospital: ...Hospital staff is so courteous, helpful and friendly. In India nurses, ward boys talk to you rudely ( kya hai!!! kya mangta hai ! abhi nahin ayega !!!) In India doctors think they are god here they are very polite and explain everything in detail.( Same cannot be said of Indian, chinese and russian doctors i have encontered here i.e new immigrants) but gora doctor is like angel.

Ask your folks that while boarding at New Delhi to talk to someone who is also taking the sameflight. My mother flew alone couple of times, once we asked for wheel chair and other time she managed her self.
