Denying pak negotiations, trade etc are actually the least India could do to retaliate against them. Why cant they upgrade security, Intelligence, Armed forces and look further and beyond Pak denying them everything. They talk about super power, economic power and all the BS, but are unable to see beyond the dirty neighbourhood.

I got the job offer in my field in Montreal (i was in Toronto then) and have not looked back since. I actually now prefer Montreal to Toronto. I would never find that out, if I did not take a chance. Íf a south indian can survive in Montrreal...they can do so in Manitoba too :)

   ...This was the latest available from Zee News as of Dec 19. Although the captain and others may not be US citizens, the ship is USA company owned and there were as many 6 Britons, who are their twin brothers as far as any international issue is concerned. It was also wrong to say that the ship was occupied forcibly by Indian authorities. They were roaming in Indian waters off Tamil Nadu coast for more than 3 or 4 weeks. Since they were acting clandestinely they did not enter any of the ports nearby. They also illegally bought fuel from fishermen, some of them tipped off the authorities. As usual, Indian authorities were lax initially, but only later interrogated and arrested them....

I m a Masters Student in US.Do I need to show any other proof of English proficiency? I have taken TOEFL 2 years back.Is it still valid? Do I need to prove my proficiency ?
