Guys like Shivnariene Chanderpaul have probably descended from Indians who migrated to the Caribbean 3/4 generations ago. For the most part, their association to India

I have seen plain Sattu in many Indian grocery stores.. But did not find any flavoured one. You can always add the flavours yourself.. some salt.. pepper and lemon juice should be fine.. India's growth rate has been consistantly above 6% per year for the last 15 years and there is huge pool of skilled workers. India's population is about 1/7th of the world population. But if you look at the the number of working age adults it will be about 1/5th or may be less. We are looking at a huge middle class and it is growing very fast.

...Sounds good, although here is what I normally carry and have made safe and uneventful overseas trips with and without spouse and child. Canadian passport with indian visa and Citizenship card (it is just there in my wallet always) If you have an e-ticket, you would not **technically** need to carry one (although it is always good to carry in case you forget the itinerary) since swiping the passport at self / full check-in will reveal all the details of your trip. General: Hooters in India !!!!
 Started by: Ottawa_Nerd on 24 Aug 2004
...Restaurants on the same lines as Hooters already exist in places like Bangalore and Mumbai except that they cater to a particular section of the society and are not upscale. Trust me, there is no dearth of Indian Hooters, especially in metropolises like Delhi, Mumbai etc. I am sure you must be aware of the way Delhi is turning into the "upscale" brothel capital of the country.

...Madhukar, weclome to Ottawa Where are you located in Ottawa ? There is an Indian association in Ottawa. There should be a diwali night very soon. You can visit them and find out more information. Also there are Telugu clubs, tamil clubs, bengali clubs and gujju clubs in town. Post your message/s here if you need more information. There are a few other folks from Ottawa also active in this forum.
