... you for your post. I fully agree with your view that the best possible medical care should be provided to our children. My question arises from my concern that - 1. the child is already protected as per Indian medical practices - which are designed to take care of our children in conditions that are a lot less hygenic than those in Canada. 2. the child is therefore adequately protected. 3. does the Canadian insistence on an MMR shot provide additional protection to the child? or can the shot harm the child who is now a young adult?    ...
Orginally posted by Mishtar India
Orginally posted by Desi in Alberta if you want to find indian products please take a trip to sears, peir 1 imports or any high-end US/Canadian stores.
I don't know if you are aware, when sears or wal mart get products from India. It is only the manufacturing or say stiching. Our Native Country!: Expired Indian Passport & Travel to India
Started by: tamilkuravan on 18 Mar 2006
   ...
Originally posted by desi in ottawa This is interesting. How come they could go thru in the Toronto airport? Are the so lax in the airport? Would they be allowed in the port of entryin India with expired passports? (Indian passport has no value?)
It is not about the airport. It is the airlines responsibility to check the passenger's entry eligibility into the destination country. Airlines bear the financial cost of "deporting" the violating pasenger(s) as well as hefty fines, depending on the destination country.
