...ed June 2010. I can not enter US as my visa (F-1) is expired. In this case how can I get the DRIVING RECORD from Virginia State. Also, got Reckless Driving ticket in May 2009. Presently in India, holding Driving License. Do just giving them Expired License of US + Indian License will suffice or I need to take the Driving Record from India ?

...if you are a citizen of the commonwealth (and indian citizens are) and if you possess valid onward travel documents to specified countries in north america (and a valid permanent residence visa for canada is such a document) then you are exempt from obtaining a visa to transit through most european countries... short answer... your travel agent is wrong... you dont need a transit visa to go through the UK and are free to go through british airways.. http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/servlet/Front?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/ShowPage&c=Page&cid=1006977149962
