   I doubt it: ...If you are really planning to leave to India in December, then there is no way that you can get all the documents done by November 2008 ( Given the current lethargy in Canadian govt. offices/ Indian counsulates. First they have to call you for the test, then the oath and then you will have to apply for the passport and then the OCI. The greatest uncertainity lies between the submission of the application form and the oath. The rest have some defenite timeline. Passport can be got in 2 weeks and the timeline for the OCI (In Toronto , it is said to be 2 months but I got it in 40 days).    How easy is that?: ...Everything from the marketing point of view...every sales / marketing person has a very ROSY picture with a lot of 'if's' for the owners...nothing wrong with it, but what about the viability.. To move from medium scale to large scale we can very well imagine the mental stress on HR dept managing over 200 people in a typical indian state, be it Maharashtra (including Mumbai), West bengal or any state for that matter, with the union leaders, politicians and all sorts of mafia looking for thier share of the pie... Nothing of this sort happens in China, though being a communist country, the owner of an enterprise hardly has to worry about the 4000 or 5000 employees he may be...

I ask this because I witnessed few canadian indian kids making fun of a 12 year old boy who had just arrived from india. I was aghast to see this. Talking to their parents I found out that these kids have never been to india. These kids suffer from acute identity crisis and dont know where they belong. So do you think here parents are to be blamed or they are justified in ignoring kids while they mint their moolah...... ...
