Rising RE prices 4. Cheaper cost of living. 5. Standard of living has come up high. Lot of restaurants. I can eat Indian, korean, chinese, malaysian, American etc.. 6. Liquor is cheap. 7. Education is cheap. Maids in plenty. 8. Lot of time for girl friends. Now is 2014, girls and boys spend equally on each other. 9. Nice malls, movie theatres etc..
