Soon, I found that getting job in Canada was not that easy. My experience as under. 1) Canadian ERP market differ from Indian market in terms of resource requirement. Canadian employers prefer recourses with Canadian experience. 2) Difficult to get job with one module expertise( Say SD or MM etc.). You need to be techno-functional or techno-multi functional. You need to hv knowledge in ABAP, testing and good exposure to user exits. In India there is clear cut division between technical and functional modul...

People who have children and who are afraid that they may not get admissions in the best schools of India based on reservation / low marks. In Canada, competition is less and students can get a OSAP loan. The onus is not on the parents to save money for education but more on students to earn for tehir education. so this makes a irresponsible paren...

My hubby and I, like most of our friends do share the responsibility equally in social gatherings. You have assumed that ALL indian women are against this concept of guys or gals night out. That's not the case. Today more and more women and men are busy with life and do like to take such breaks so please don't generalize. This is coming to you from an Indian married woman and mother :) When the wife of ur friend called, Did your friend's demeanour indicate that he was bugged by the wife's calls? Did he complain about it? Di...

But broadly speaking (just for your budgeting purpose), whatever price in India for the things you want to buy, you find the price for it in indian rupees and divide by 10 to get CAD (this is approx. you will spend here in Canada).
