   ...un behind $$$$.... & we leave in north pole..so the way we have to take care of our health in india..from somuch hot weather..we hve to feight against winter...different way! dont still eat .. indian diet..adopt bran..high fiber, green vegetable diet...canada have extrem cold and weather..so the way we educate ourself to make money ...educate .. for different climate. cold weather can create very easily stress..so reduce stress by taking enough time off..enjoy. think positive.. and then still go something wrong.. again not perfect world. try to come out with enough rest, get help from your spouse ..care..love ...take off from work.. natural medicine.. everything together... ...

Retaining talent is KRA for the HR in that company. Hence I do not buy the bull that Indian companies are inferior to that of NA companies in terms of Conflict management or talent retainment. If I may say so the Indian HR practises in many companies(exceptions are always there) are far ahead of many Canadian corporates I've seen here. There is a difference in approach between a services organization say for eg:I.T and a manufacturing organization. As far informing RBI or any Indian Institute is concerned, you do not have to worry as your Bank would take care of that reporting to RBI etc. Also, note that interest income earned on NRE accounts is not taxable in India so you do not get any tax credit for that amount here.
